ECHO Tape, was recognized as a finalist for the TechColumbus Innovation Award for Green Innovation (less than 50 employees). The event was held on Thursday, February 5th, 2009 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center Grand Ballroom.
ECHO was nominated as a company that has developed a GREEN product or service that is commercially available and in production, and is in use with at least one customer client. Also ECHO has applied or implemented a technology or process change that has a net positive impact on the environment, such as decreasing energy comsumption as compared to conventional operations, decreasing regulated air or water emissions, decreasing solid-waste as compared to conventional operations.
